VOCAL COACHING
CANCELLATION/HOLIDAY POLICY PRIVATE LESSONS
If you wish to cancel your lesson you must give strictly 24 hours for notice prior to your lesson via the student portal. If you are cancelling within 24 hours, please let me know through text/Whatsapp or Email. If you wish to put in a holiday for private lessons, this must be done before the month starts on the student portal. I will no longer be accepting holidays through messages or email. If you are struggling with the student portal, please get in contact immediately.
CANCELLATION/HOLIDAY POLICY GROUP LESSONS
If you wish to put in a holiday for group lessons, this must be done before the month starts on the student portal. I will no longer be accepting holidays through messages or email. If this is not done, you will still be charged. If you miss a lesson or are late, you will still be charged and will finish at the same time. If you are struggling with the student portal, please get in contact immediately.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel your private lesson & reschedule, I will send through other available dates & times for the month. If you are unable to change to the available dates, please let me know ASAP and I will deduct from next months invoice.
PAYMENT
At the start of every month, I will send an invoice out via email. Please pay this by the date specified. If this is not paid, future lessons may be cancelled. If you have cancelled in the previous month and weren't able to reschedule, the previous months pay will be deducted from the current invoice. You can either pay the invoice via cash or bank transfer. If there are any issues with this, please contact me. You must pay your full invoice.
CHARGES
There will be a £5 surcharge for late payments. You are given 7 days from the date your invoice is sent. On the top of your invoice, you can find the date here.
FACEBOOK GROUP
You will be added to a Facebook group for updates. If you aren’t on Facebook, please let me know.
