WEDDINGS & EVENTS

PAYMENT
An initial deposit payment of 20% of your total booking fee is required to secure your booking. This should be paid via bank transfer. You can find bank details further down. The deposit you pay to secure your event is non-refundable. Full payment is due 14 days before the event.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made by contacting myself at bethaniehoughtonmusic@outlook.com. Once your event has been cancelled, your event date will immediately be available for other people to book.
 
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel expenses are additional to service prices at 45p per mile. If the venue is within 20 miles from S81, you will not be charged. This will be part of the final booking fee. For any bookings over 125 miles, I will require accommodation the evening prior and/or night of the wedding dependant on your package. 
 
COVID-19
In the event your event has to be postponed due to COVID-19, bookings will be rearranged to a new available date at no extra cost. If Bethanie Houghton is unavailable on your newly scheduled date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

VENUE, ACCESS AND LOCATION
It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the venues contact information, address, name, and postcode. We also require that the venue allows reasonable access for loading, and suitable parking once the equipment has been unloaded. If parking for loading is restricted you will be liable for any fines that occur as a result and or time used seeking a suitable location. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or missing address details.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Bethanie Houghton cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent her from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instance, you will be eligible for a full refund and will attempt to find cover immediately.

SET-UP OF SERVICES
Bethanie Houghton will arrive to set up approximately 1.5/2 hours before the set is due to commence. It is your responsibility to ensure that the venue has agreed for us to be in attendance at their venue and at the agreed time. This also includes ensuring that there is access to enter the venue and enough space with a power socket within 5 meters of where the services are to be.

SUBSCRIPTION
 Discount codes will only be eligible to new customers and bookings.  If you already have a booking, you cannot use a code on this.  Codes can only be used on Wedding & Event Packages.
